Stargaze Marketing Pty Ltd is a registered company based in South Africa, providing paid media management, website development, and data & tracking implementation services to clients in South Africa, the United States, and internationally.

a) Information you provide directly

When you fill out a contact form, lead form, or email/message us, we may collect:

  • Full name
  • Email address (personal and/or work)
  • Phone number
  • Company name and job title
  • Information you share about your business, such as monthly ad spend budget, current advertising platforms, or the type of engagement you’re seeking (e.g., freelance or Corp-to-Corp)
  • Any other information you choose to include in your message

b) Information collected through Google Ads Lead Form assets

If you submit your details through a lead form shown alongside our Google ads, Google may share the information you provide (such as name, email, company name, and your answers to qualifying questions) with us. This is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy in addition to this one.

c) Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we (and the third-party tools listed in Section 3) may automatically collect:

  • IP address and approximate location
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages viewed, time on page, referring website, and links clicked
  • Interactions with our ads (e.g., ad clicks, conversions)

d) Communications

If you contact us via WhatsApp, email, or the Site’s contact form, we retain a record of that conversation to respond to you and maintain a history of our business relationship.

We use the following tools to understand how visitors use the Site and to measure advertising performance:

  • Google Tag Manager (GTM) — manages tracking tags on the Site
